    Occassionally missing letters while typing


    Hi,I bought a brand new Lenovo C630 laptop with Windows 10 in it and since I switched it on for the very first time there are occassionally missing letters when I type, no matter in MS Word, in Edge etc. I have tried to update keyboard drive but the problem persists. I do not think it is a hardware issue as normally all buttons function well; it just occassionally misses randon letters or space. Thinking it might resolve the problem, just recently I have upgraded to Windows 11 but the very same and quite annoying problem continues. Could you please tell me whether it has to see with the bran

    In order to help you better, could you please confirm a couple of things:

    • Where are you trying to type a letter?
    • Which application or program are you using to type the letter?

    I suggest you to use WordPad or notepad for type the letter or any documents or else please do let us know what exactly you are trying to do? Which application are you looking for typing the letter?

    Please do let us know with more information regarding this issue, so that we can assist you further on this issue.

    Windows 10 Anniversary Update and Seagate GoFlex Missing Drives

    Hi,

    I understand the inconvenience caused.

    It is unusual that the drives went missing after installing the anniversary update. I suggest you to try changing the drive letter through disk management by following the steps below and check if it helps.

    1. Press Windows key + R.

    2. Type diskmgmt.msc and press enter.

    3. If the drive is listed, right click on it and select "change drive letter".

    4. Choose a different drive letter and save the changes.

    Let us know the result.

    how can I type a letter

    There's many ways to accomplish this, but one easy way to type a letter in Windows 10 by opening the built-in "WordPad" program.

    • Click the Start button
    • Type "wordpad" to find the WordPad program (it will search as you are typing)
    • Open the program and write your letter
    • Click File menu at the top to Save or Print your letter
