Windows 10: OCR

Discus and support OCR in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; Don't know how a site can help with OCR/Optical Character Recognition, usually is a program that comes with scanners or Printer/Scanner/Copier/Fax...     I had no luck using One Note for OCR.
    I did find 'Free OCR' which works OK.
    Could you refer me to a free good OCR site?

    Windows fax and scan

    ???? OCR? If you are scanning and wanting digital format, then OCR for the scanner is needed but to send a FAX from a file, it is not.

    Don't know how a site can help with OCR/Optical Character Recognition, usually is a program that comes with scanners or Printer/Scanner/Copier/Fax units, mine is ReadIRIS, there's others.
