Windows 10: October 2020 Update made some apps have noisy display, what to do?

I updated windows on my laptop recently. However, when I try to use Brave browser or Photoshop, the screen displays colorful dots that dance around. Even worse for the Brave browser, shapes forms every time I move the cursor. What can I do about this?

October 2020 update is in the last phase of testing as it was released last month to the Release preview channel. As far as the name goes, it should release this month.

Windows 10, version 20H2 and Windows Server, version 20H2

Current status as of October 20, 2020
Windows 10, version 20H2 is available for users with devices running Windows 10, versions 1903 and higher who manually seek to “Check for updates” via Windows Update. The recommended servicing status is Semi-Annual Channel.

• Microsoft is improving Windows Release Notes. For more information, please see What's next for Windows release notes.
• For information regarding enabling Windows 10, version 1909 features, please see Windows 10, version 1909 delivery options. Note that Windows 10, versions 1903 and 1909 share a common core operating system with an identical set of system files. They will
  also share the same security update KBs.
• Windows 10 updates are cumulative. The monthly security release includes all security fixes for vulnerabilities that affect Windows 10, in addition to non-security updates. The updates are available via the Microsoft
  Update Catalog.
