Windows 10: Odd color problems occurring in Windows 10

So I'm not sure if this is just a problem that has been happening with the current update to Windows 10 or not, but my colors for my display become over saturated every time I boot up my PC. From the lock screen right at boot up I can see the colors shift like something was being turned on. I've noticed that once I go to the "Windows HD Color" settings in Windows my colors go back to normal. I have an HDR capable monitor but I always keep it off and its off in the Windows settings as well. It's just annoying that this happens and I wonder if there is a fix or if it may just be a current Windows version (19041.572) bug that needs to be addressed in the next update?

Window background color - I don't appear to be able to do this on windows 10 as the change color scheme bit isn't there.

• Right click on “Desktop screen”.
• Then click on “Personalize”.
• Click on “Colors”.
• And change the color accordingly.

Changing the taskbar color to white in Windows 10

In Windows 10 there is no option for changing the color to white but you can change it to different colors. To change the color of the task bar I suggest you to follow the below steps and check if it helps.

• In the search box, type settings.
• Then select personalization.
• Click on color option on the left side.
• You will find an option called “show color on start, taskbar and start icon”.
• You need to on the option and then you can change the color accordingly.
