Windows 10: odd folder named DT001 found in "C:\Users\Lenovo\AppData\Local\DT001" is it safe ?

as the title suggests i found a folder named DT001 and when i opened it i was greeted with 3 new folders titled "setup05264.exe_Url_ibz4gp01wtigvn0ntvai2rlzak3fqdos" and "setup35194958.exe_Url_3cflqwo0qdgpff4uyxb1m15zbj4cphq2" and the last one was titled "setup63400490.exe_Url_bkbd4imwwda5b1pnqoco43jluv1laxyv" , and inside all of these three folders was a folder named "2.0.5.6649" , and inside of that "2.0.5.6649" folder there was a config file named "user.config" , and when i opened that config file in note pad , i found the following :any help?

You can safely delete the contents in..

C:\Windows\Temp
C:\Users\<user name>\Local Settings\Temp or C:\Users\<user name>\AppData\Local\Temp
C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Download (safe to delete the whole folder) (files are needed if you ever want to uninstall a Windows update)
