Windows 10: Odd items in my Recycle Bin

Firstly, apologies if this isn't the right place to ask about this.I'd just noticed my Recycle Bin icon was full, and so I went to look when I saw these in there. I know I didn't delete any of them, and the top one seems to have something to do with my configuration settings. The "date deleted", as well as the times listed, all happened right after I switched my laptop on this morning.Should I restore any of them, or are they all safe to delete? If that first one on the list has anything to do with my settings, I would of course rather not lose it.Also, how is it possible these three things we

To prevent your files from being deleted from the Recycle Bin, we suggest increasing the maximum file size your Recycle Bin can keep by following the steps below:

• Right click on the Recycle Bin icon.
• Under the Settings for selected location, select Custom size.
• Fill up the box for your allotted maximum file size for your Recycle Bin.

Deleting items in Recycle Bin

I deleted them directly from the Recycle Bin. I did what you suggested - clicking on Empty Recycle Bin - but it did not help. Any other suggestions? Thanks
