Windows 10: Odd line appearing at top of maximised programs

    Odd line appearing at top of maximised programs


    HelloWindows has started displaying a transparent line hard to describe at the top of programs which are maximised on one of my screens. In the image below you can see at the top of the browser the line appears, but not on the half of the screen that has no program maximised. I have a dual monitor setup and this weird thing is only happening on ONE of the monitors. How do I get rid of it?Thanks in advance! :

    Red Wavy Lines appear in edge

    Hi,

    I would request you to reset the edge settings and then check if it helps.

    Refer the steps below to reset Edge.

    Steps:-


          • First of all launch Microsoft Edge Browser.

          • After that click on “More action” option which is visible at top right side of the browser and you will see “Settings” option.

          • Under “Settings” scroll down and you will see a button “Choose what to clear” under “Clear browsing data” option.

          • Once you click on this option you will see list of feature like
    • Browsing History
    • Cookies and saved website data
    • Cached data and file
    • Download history
    • Form data
    • Password.

    Please revert if the red wavy lines appear while using edge.

    Windows 10 pinned programs not maximising.

    i have a number of programs pinned to my taskbar. Steam does not maximise whilst others do. I had to reinstall Spotify for it to maximise after showing the same problem. Do i need to reinstall Steam?

    Programs not maximising and flcikering (not responding)

    Hello,

    I hope someone can assist, I am having issues (windows 10) with programs not maximising when I click from the bottom task bar and also programs (adobe x, xcel, word, outlook) flickering when I am working on the them and in some instances the program flicker
    rapidly and not responding shows top left.

    I have had a virus a few weeks ago which has been removed and also I completed a restore (keeping the files but not apps) and I still have the issues. Please help
