    Afternoon wondered if you can help please.We have a manager who left the business they had a MSFT payment on thier CC for the May 1st 2024Ref is - E0400RQBE3 for a user who leftThey have left the business and we want to cancel the card, but have no idea what this charge is what for.All our company purchases goes through our resller HighlanderCan you shed any light on what this is or for? as we dont want to impact the businessThanksPlease keep ourselves in the loop

    Personal and Business Account on Same Desktop

    Hi DaveM121,

    OK, I created a new account without an email address. Now I have a business account, a Microsoft account and a new account with no email address. When I'm in the business account, I still can't switch user to any of the two other accounts. Am I missing a step? To be clear, what I'm trying to achieve is having a business account and a Microsoft account (personal) and I'd like to be able to switch between these 2 accounts. Any other suggestions? Tx
