    Odd printing issue


    I enjoy crossword puzzles. What I have been able to do via the app the e-paper provides is clip the puzzles, save them to downloads. I then select the puzzle, click the printer icon, what has been coming up on the screen is an oversized document. I can the click "fit to page" hit print and a legible sized puzzle print out. What is happening now, is when I click the printer icon, the result is a small sized puzzle, and neither the "fill page" or "fit to page" button have any effect. No other printing issues if I print a Word or Excel document they print as they should. Could the issue be the

    • How are you trying to print?

    • Have you tried printing from a different application and checked?
    I suggest you to run Hardware and Devices Troubleshooter.
    Follow these steps to run Hardware and Devices troubleshooter:

    • Press Windows key + X and click on
      Control Panel.
    • Select Troubleshooting.
    • Select View all on the top left corner.
    • Click Printer.
    • Follow the on-screen instruction to run the troubleshooter.
    Also, I suggest you to install the latest chipset and printer drivers from manufacturer website and check if it fixes the issue.

  3. Unable to Print odd-size photos in Windows 10

    Hi,

    To assist you better, please answer the below:


    • Which application are you using to print the photos?

    • What is the make and model of the computer?

    • What happens when you try to print odd ones? Did you get any error message?

    • When you say pre-Microsoft 10 program, what are you referring to?
    I suggest you to send us the Screen shot of the print settings. Follow the steps given in the link below to provide the screenshot.

    Print to PDF missing in Printer List

    Hi William,

    We suggest that you disable and re-enable the Print to PDF feature. Here are the steps:

    • Click on the Start menu and type in Windows Features.
    • Choose Turn Windows features on or off.
    • On the next window, find Microsoft Print to PDF and disable it. Click
      OK to save changes.
    • Restart your PC.
    • Repeat the same steps to re-enable Microsoft Print to PDF.
