Windows 10: Odd screen flickering

Hello All,I know this type of question has been asked numerous times, but I can't figure out how to fix this problem. I have an ASUS Transformer Flip TP550L. It is an intel i5 with an intel HD 5500 graphics, Ever since I undated to the Windows 10 Fall Creators Update a couple years ago, my screen starts to flicker when my battery level reaches about 45-50%. It started immediately after installing that update. As the the battery goes down it seems to get progressively worse. At first it flickers when I open, use and close apps. Eventually as the battery wears down, it will flicker whenever

I haven't made any changes on my device. This screen flickering is only happening in Safe Mode.

I understand your query. I suggest you to follow the steps to get out of safe mode.

• 
  Press Windows key + R
  
• 
  Type msconfig
  
• 
  In msconfig > Boot tab >
  Boot Options > uncheck Safe Boot > APPLY / OK.
