    Offensive Ad


    I've never felt obligated to write about an offensive ad, but I think this one frequently coming through on Solitaire is in need of examination. The ad for Cradle of Empires Awem Games shows a tremulous woman about to get her head smashed by a giant rock if the player apparently doesn't make the right choices. The scene fades as the boulder is dropping on her head. Wow! Isn't that great? If they show this sick ad to a 6-year-old, it's likely going to cause nightmares. To a sick adult who actually enjoys this, what activity might that encourage? I don't think I want to know.

    How can I stop or block the annoying and sometimes offensive ads thrown up on the myphone site????

    If you use a browser like Firefox there are add ins that will block advertisements. What type of offensive adds are you seeing?
