Windows 10: officdsetup.exe couldn't be verified

I have been having problems with getting downloads installed and I need desperately to speak to a real person.Last week I bought Windows 10 to upgrade my computer from Windows 7.I thought I got a downbload but all it was was a file MediaCreationTool21H2 exe and a 25 character product code but no apparent procedures on how to install it,As I said my computer has Windows 7 and I couldn't edit my resume file because I didn't have a key for the version of my word processor Word 2010 wouldn't work.Some one suggested that I get Microsoft 365 until I could get Windows 10 working as my computer doesn

Try this:

Before you get to that message, press SHIFT + F10 to open a command prompt.

Run diskpart.
At the diskpart prompt, run these commands:

list disk

At this point you should see the SSD as disk 0. If it has another disk number, use that number rather than "0" in the next command.

select disk 0
clean
exit (to exit from diskpart)
exit (to exit from the command prompt)





That should clear the contents of the disk. The entire disk space should then show up in Windows setup as "Unallocated Space" as in the screenshot below.

When does the Operating system verify the Authenticode Signatures for signed EXEs and signed DLLs?

When PE Files (exes, dlls etc.) are code signed using signtool, they can be verified to check if they have been authored by trusted publishers. In which scenarios does the Operating system actually verify signed EXEs and DLLs?

1. Are signatures of EXEs verified every time they are run?
2. If an EXE has a dynamically linked DLL, is the DLL's signature verified when the EXE is run?
   
3. If the EXE dynamically loads a DLL using LoadLibrary, is the DLL's signature verified when the EXE is run?
4. When an EXE requires elevated privilege (UAC), is the signature of the EXE and the DLL dependencies verified as well? (1-3)
