    Office 2013 has stopped after Windows 11 upgrade


    I have Office 13 Pro installed on a laptop running Windows 11. Following the latest update it has stopped working and I see a message saying the system is not configured for this application. Office 2013 does everything that I need and I have no reason to upgrade. The application was installed from a CD using the product key provided when purchased from Microsoft as part of the corporate user employees scheme. Please advise how I can get this software to work again. Thanks

    Up graded from 7 to 10. After three days our Office 2013 Word stopped opening. Need a suggestion for fix.

    Hi,

    Do you have the installation media and product key for the Office 2013.

    Incase you are unable to find the office 2013 listed under program features in Window 10, then you would need to re-install it.
