Windows 10: Office 2013 no longer displaying pictures correctly after upgrade to windows 10

After upgrading to windows 10, images in documents opened in Microsoft word 2013 no longer display. Same issue in powerpoint however no issues opening the same .doc in google docs. My issues match the issues another user was experiencing after the update to windows 10. However there is no solution to this post linked below. Any ideas!?

Office Word and Powerpoint no longer displaying pictures correctly.

It was suggested I post to the Win10 group.

We upgraded to WIn10 and shortly after our Office 2013 quit working with images. I did a repair and still no go. I had the option to install 2019 so that is what we did. However, even there the issue occurred. Even had some other odd issues after install.

We tried steps suggested to my post in the Word/Office group, but no luck.

Microsoft Office 2013 & Windows 10 upgrade

Hi,

Do you have the installation media and product key for the Office 2013.

Incase you are unable to find the office 2013 listed under program features in Window 10, then you would need to re-install it.

Windows 10 and Office 2013

I upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10. Before, in Windows 7, my Office 2013 opened all Office files without a problem. After the upgrade, anything created in earlier versions of Office not displayed a corrupted file failure, and advise to use the recover
and repair with Office 2013. Only had a 50% success rate in using those files. Is there a patch or converter I need?
