Discus and support Office 2016 application problems with Intel HD Graphics driver in Windows 10 Graphic Cards to solve the problem; I have a HP 250 G3 laptop.     Office 2016 application problems with Intel HD Graphics driver


    I have a HP 250 G3 laptop.
    I have windows 10 build 15.11 with all the updates.
    On device manager , under Graphic Adapter section , i see 2 graphic adapter :
    Intel HD Graphics Family
    Nvidia Geforce 820M
    On this laptop i have installed Office 2016.
    When i open Word or Excel or any other office program , i get a similar error like :
    " Microsoft Word has stopped working..."
    After 2-3 seconds the message window is gone and nothing happend. The program is not open.
    On Event Viewer , i see an error :
    Fault application name "...."
    Fault module name : igd10iumd32.dll version 10.18.15.4256
    I've found that this file is related with Intel HD graphics driver. I have updated the drivers with the latest version , but the problem is the same. After i have uninstalled the Intel HD drivers , and keep the Microsoft basic standart driver.After that all the office applications are working correctly. I have reinstalled again graphic drivers , and the problem reappear. I've done a format and reinstall system and programs , but the problem is the same.
    How can i resolve this problem ? Thank you !

    This has been resolved. The issue turned out to be the display driver.

    Display Adapter: Intel HD Graphics 620

    - Asus's website lists 21.20.16.4526 (9/23/2016) as the latest driver for this computer

    - When updating, Microsoft installed version 21.20.16.4550 (11/11/2016)

    I rolled back to the 4526 and it fixed the problem.

    Hello admin

    i have a question that i recently upgraded to windows 10 from windows 8.1 every thing was working fine till now only after i noticed my intel hd graphics family driver crashing multiple time and i even get a notification that intel hd graphics family driver
    has blocked my programs from accessing the graphics due to which i am not able to play any of my games as it force closes and gives me thee odd notification of blocking the application for graphics i have an intel hd graphics family and an amd radeon hd 8500m
    graphics

    my amd is working fine and well but there is some serious issues with intel graphics as i have an updated driver but still the problem persists please help and tell me what to do as for now i m thinking to rollback to windows 8.1 just for this issue
