    How do I find now what version / build level my Office 2016 PRO is at now

    it used to show the version if you went to "Office account" -- now version nr is missing.

    Office 2016 programs removed by Office Windows 1709 update

    I wonder if MS just updated Office 2016 standalone versions to "1709" version to account for problems with the latest Windows 10 version update? As you will see from my prior post, my previous version of Office 2016 standalone was different, and I had
    manually run Microsoft Update before updating to Windows 10 1709....

    Yes, Office 2007 works just fine on Windows 10, make sure you install the latest Service Pack and updates after installing.

    On my home version you click on your signed in account at the top right and go to account settings and it's shown there:

    It shows build#, but yep, the version# doesn't show.

    For "Version" you need to click About:

    It's a pity though it's an extra mouseclick although it's more logical to have the info in the "About" product. !!!

    Happy Easter -- in parts of London (e.g Islington) you aren't allowed to say that any more --Easter egg hunt is now Hunt for "Vernal Ovoids" !!!

    You just have to laugh !!!!!!

    Next week I'll be back home where we don't have that nonsense -- although the weather is sometimes a problem !!

    Doesn't stop the tourists though even this year our small town (Reykjavik about 20 km) is overbooked already !!!
    Visit Hafnarfjordur !!!!!! Plug Plug !!!!

    Some people will be making money this year - although I hope we don't get those massive several thousand people on those HUGE cruise liners arriving -- will destroy our great infrastructure if on 1 massive cruise ship 35% of the total nation's population (around 320,000) arrive in one fell swoop.

    That's a topic though for another Forum !!!!!
