Thank you for your offer to assist.
I have been using MS Office 365 by annual subscription.
But I think I am using Word 2016

This problem occurs with other software such as inDesign as well.

Nothing showing when checking for updates on our machines from within office 365. All still say Version 1802 (Build 9029.2253)​ is the latest from last week. I still don’t really understand the semi annual targeted stuff. I’m just set for normal updates, I don’t go in for any insider stuff. So is this update not aimed yet at the general public?
