    Office 2016 Preview Outlook Settings Migration


    I have 35 days left on my Office 2016 Preview, so now is the time to start planning for the installation of the released version of Office 2016 Professional.

    I don't see a settings problem with any application except for Outlook 2016. Getting it right the first time is crucial.

    Has anyone successfully accomplished this yet, or know of a link to to a vetted procedure to do so?

    Which versions of Microsoft Office work on Windows 10?

    The following versions of Microsoft Office with the latest Service Packs have been confirmed to be compatible with Windows 10:

    Older versions of Office such as Office 2003 and Office XP are not certified compatible with Windows 10 but might work using compatibility mode.

    You will need to install Windows Mail if you want migrate your Outlook Express data. You should do that before upgrading.

    mail notification sound change

    Hi. There seems to be a disconnect between Office 365, Outlook 2016. Lenovo T440 running Windows 10

    You can set from the control panel a sound for new mail notification, but this has no impact on the settings for Outlook 2016, I have a mail notification .wav file set, it previews but will not work with Outlook as Outlook keeps playing the default sound
