    Office 2021 and chat not working


    I have paid microsoft for the upgrade. Things are not working right. Chat never responds after multiple attempts. No way to contact anyone!!!

    Office 2021 and chat not working

    It took multiple, and I mean many many times to get the chat to respond. Finally, I received the support I needed. I don't think Microsoft is giving enough resources for help when customers spend $$$ for their products. Things are finally fixed, I think. Only time will tell. I was ready to ask for a refund and to go back to Office 2019.
