Windows 10: Office 365 Activation Problem and Redeem Code Problem

My partner has shared her Office 365 subscription with me but even though I show up on her Microsoft account as its shared with me, and in my account it shows that I am a family member and that office is shared with me, If I load say Outlook at states that I am not using an activated version of Office 365 and that I need to purchase it.


ALSO


She has gifted me a game purchased off the Microsoft Store, I have a redeem code, but when I enter this code all I get is a window showing:


Contact the seller to get a code that works in your region. This code was purchased in a different region and cannot be redeemed.


YET, we are both in the United Kingdom, checked our accounts and they both show us so, yet this code does not allow the game to be installed on my PC.


We have both tried logging out and re-in, we have both confirmed that the country codes for both PC's are the same, but we cannot get past this problem.


Also We cannot get a refund as there seems to be no way to do this.


We have tried changing region and this does not work.


I have tried to call the ONLY 2 tech support numbers that I can find and one goes through the motions of contacting someone to talk to and just cuts the line and the other is not available in the UK even though its a UK number! Tried the chat app and this is totally useless and just goes round in circles.


HOW DO I GET HELP WITH THIS???????

Cortana & Office 365 Integration

We are trying to integrate Cortana with our Office 365 subscription, but it never works. Here are the steps we have done:

• Turned on Cortona in the Office 365 Admin portal
• We are using Windows 10 1703 – connected Office 365 service to Cortana

Did the same on windows 10 mobile with no luck, Cortana says its connected to Office 365, but sees no data and we are getting zero errors

We went rough office 365 support first and tried all fo their suggestions, they kicked us over to Windows support which is currently closed.

We are on v1703 with all updates in place, it does not work on Windows 10 desktop or mobile

any ideas? I can give you all steps 365 support had us run through if that will be helpful

Office 365 activation error after big Win 10 update

We appreciate your response, Keith. We suggest that you update Office 365 and see if it'll make a difference. You can simply do it by opening any Office 365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Here are the steps on how to do so:

• Open Office app, then click on File.
• Look for Account, then click on Update.
• Once done, restart your computer.
