    How long does it normally take to install Office 365? I'm trying to install Office 365 and it's been over 10 minutes and all I get is spinning dots and the message "We're sorry for the wait. The page is taking longer to load than expected". I'm install through Edge.

    What type of Office license do you have is it Office 365 or Office 2016? Only Office 365 permits multiple installations.

    The phone has pre-loaded Office.

    The Office 365 login on the phone is for enterprise/business users only.

    You cannot install Office 365 on it because that is for computers.

    What is the problem? What is your Office 365 subscription?

    I had your same issue while trying to download access which had already been paid for. I tried different machines on different networks ranging from windows 7, 8 and 10. Firefox, Chrome and IE, all of them hung at "We’re sorry for the wait. The page is taking longer to load than expected." and showed my target, the download button grayed out in the background.
    The fix:
    the URL you are led to is Sign in to your Microsoft account
    remove the /home.aspx in the address bar so you are going to Sign in to your Microsoft account
    The install button lights up.
