    Hi,


    All my Office apps as well as Spotify are showing that they are offline in Spotify some features are disabled. In the case of office, everything is backing up and updating correctly. But when I hit hyperlinks in a Word doc I get a message saying the file is offline. I think this is a Windows 10 problem. Can anyone help? P.S I've already rebooted.

    I have just discovered two Spotify entries in the StartUp list in Task Manager.
    However there is no trace of Spotify elsewhere in the system.
    I went through the registry and deleted every reference to Spotify that could find, although some refused to be deleted.
    That made no difference.
    The store shows that Spotify is installed. Which is strange.
    However I found an entry in the Apps list in Start Menu, clicked uninstall and that cleared the problem.

    1. Did this issue started recently? If yes, then what are the recent changes that you have made to the computer prior to this issue?


    Method 1:

    and perform the troubleshooting steps mentioned and see if that helps.

    Spotify offline mode (N9)

    <body><p>I have a problem with spotify offline mode. I have not got it working. Every time I open the Spotify client, it asks me to log in. Regardless if I have checked "remember me" on the login screen. I have tried changing the Spotify client setting
    to "force offline" before enabling flight mode in the phone settings, but it doesn't help. As soon as network is available for login, the client is usable again with/without the preloaded tracks.
