Windows 10: Office Pro Plus 2019 - install on new PC after old PC died

We have licenses for Office Pro Plus 2019, but all have been installed on company PCs. One of the PCs has died unexpectedly and we would like to use the license to install Office Pro Plus 2019 on the replacement PC. When we try to activate it, it says that it "cannot be activated because the specified Product Key has already been activated the maximum number of times permitted for your software license". Is there a way to do this without having to pay for a new Product Key/license?

• Office 2019 will ship in H2 of 2018. Previews of the new apps and servers will start shipping in the second quarter of 2018.
• Office 2019 apps will be supported on:
  • Any supported Windows 10 SAC release
  • Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC 2018
  • The next LTSC release of Windows Server
• The Office 2019 client apps will be released with Click-to-Run installation technology only. We will not provide MSI as a deployment methodology for Office 2019 clients. We will continue to provide MSI for Office Server products.

microsoft 365 installing office pro plus 2019

I do not understand why all of yours says microsoft 365 and mine says "Microsoft office Professional Plus 2019". I have uninstalled these office apps using advanced uninstaller pro 13 and also using iobit uninstaller to make sure complete deletion of leftover files and then restarted twice and re-installed the microsoft 365 installer I downloaded from my Microsoft account but still it says office pro plus 2019. I think there is something on my computer from previous versions that is interfering with this version. Should I uninstall all microsoft products instead? Please see the below pictures.
