Windows 10: Office problems

Hello!I have a big problem with Office after update to Windows 11: I can not change between two tabs in Excel or Word Office 365. The program chrashes or error occurs and I have to forcefully close the program or restart computer. Also two documents can't be open at the same time in two windows. This is really inconvenient since I need 2 documents open every day for work porpoise.Is there any possibility to fix it?Thank you!

Problem Activating Office 2019

You can save a few steps and do this

1. Go to this page: Microsoft 365
2. Log in with your Microsoft account
3. Enter your Office product key
4. Use the link given to download Office 2019
5. install Office 2019

I used this method for both of my copies of Office 2019

BTW, Microsoft Toolkit 2.71 says this:

MS doesn't take any feedback or suggestions about Office 2016 at the moment, it is listed under "Non-feedback Product" category:




On the Connect homepage you can check the lists of products accepting bug reports and / or suggestions, Office is not on those lists:

 

Windows 10 1709 System Restore problems...

That seems to be an attempt at Option 2 in the tutorial, which requires you to
a. Boot to a command prompt (Did you?)
b. You then seem to be mixing steps 3,4 and 5, thus your command is incorrect.

I suggest Option 1 is easier.
