Windows 10: Office Subscirption Licensing Heartbeat "OLicenseHeartbeat.exe"

I am currently running the latest version of Windows 10 and I check for updates once per day. This problem started on 3-11-21.

I recently have been trying to improve my computers reliability and I noticed that I am having a reoccurring "Critical event" involving my "Office Subscription License." This critical event has been reoccurring for 6 days. I will put a screenshot below of the details on these errors They are all the same.

I have received this error once per day, after looking at the time stamps for when these errors occur I can conclude that they happen the instant I wake up my computer from sleeping I let my computer sleep overnight rather than shutting it down, I'm lazy and cant be bothered to shut down every night and reopen everything in the morning lol.

After following the "Faulting application path" I found the application in question "OLicenseHeartbeat.exe", I tried to open it multiple times without anything happening. Then I tried to run the application as an administrator to receive the same results. I went back to my reliability again to be welcomed by this.

I decided to do a bit of backtracking into my reliability and I found some "Information events" that occurred on 3-11 which I believe are most likely to have caused these reoccurring critical events in my reliability The ones titled "Office 16" they correlate perfectly with the critical events.

Why did my computer just install this, reconfigure it 3 times, to then uninstall it within the same minute?

I am not sure what triggered these information events or if they are related to the reoccurring critical events that I have been seeing but I highly suspect that they are.

Also, I am not sure what these critical events are related too. My computer is functioning perfectly fine, and I am able to open and use all of my Microsoft Office applications. I cannot find any problems whatsoever. I am signed in to my school's Microsoft Office account that they provided for me.

Is this a big deal? Am I putting too much importance into my computers reliability? After all, nothing has changed regarding the functioning of my computer and my Microsoft Office applications.

Hopefully I have provided enough information. Can anyone help me resolve this issue to prevent these critical events, I really want to improve my computers reliability.
