    Office tries to open and then message can not open


    When I try to open excel spread sheet my computer tries to update Microsoft office and then I get an error message that reads: The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000142). Click OK to close the application.

    Ah, that sucks then.. Have you tried recreating it in Open Office?

    I used ms office for ever. Then I decided to try open office and when I opened a file and changed some things and decided to go back to ms office the file was messed up. Luckily I had a backup file
