Windows 10: office

I have office and my product key, my surface is requiring office 365. I would like to use office as I have paid for it already in full I do not need a monthly subscription

Also equally frustrating. I have several apps purchased from app store that wont install and i have asked for refund but they have not refunded me.

On the Connect homepage you can check the lists of products accepting bug reports and / or suggestions, Office is not on those lists:

Windows 10 upgrade, where is my Microsoft Office?

I suggest you to follow the steps provided below:

• Type “Programs and Features” in the search box and press Enter.
• Check if Microsoft Office application is listed in the list of installed applications.
• If it is listed, then navigate to This PC>Local disc (C>Windows.old.
• Check if the Office application is present there.
• If still not found, then suggest you to install the application using the installation media.
