    Office365 account is not working on Windows Live mail APP (Windows 7)

    Hello Team,

    We are trying to configure office365 on the Windows Live Mail app, which is not getting configured.

    whereas, when we tried the same account with other Third Party app it is working fine.

    Could you please suggest why it is happening? why it is not getting configured?

    Any solution to this !!.

    Addition Information:

    • We have tried both exchange and IMAP settings.
    • OS Windows 7 Pro SP1

    Screen Freezing up

    Andre, thanks for your suggestions. I performed all steps as you listed and it appears that there were

    some problems that have been corrected. I will let you know in a day or so if the "freeze" problem

    occurs again. Many thanks for your help --- this took longer than I expected!
