Windows 10: Offline - forgot password

I’m trying to log into Windows 10. I can’t connect to any internet options - the unlocked ones all say “Connected, no Internet.” The network I need to get on requires a certificate download, so that’s also a no-go. I’m logged out without knowing my password, and, since it’s not offline, no option to change it. What are my options for getting back into my computer without connecting to wifi?

you know when you boot up your computer... and yeha i have more than one account and I forgot the password to one of them.

is there anyway for me to get in to the account? or the account will be perminant lock if i dont remember password?
