    Hi, I have a windows 10 computer that I can't connect to the web, and I need to install .net framework 3.5 on it. Where can I find offline installer package that doesn't need internet connection? I tried to install with DISM and windows installation disk, as described here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-hardware/manufacture/desktop/deploy-net-framework-35-by-using-deployment-image-servicing-and-management--dism?view=windows-11 but DISM failed to find the required files, even though the files were there. Is there another way? Thanks
