Windows 10: Offline installer of language dictionary.

Recently I manually upgrade my Windows 10 standalone box from version 1607 to 1803. I could input in Japanese on the box before the upgrade, but I can't after the upgrade somehow. When I tried to switch input method from English to Japanese as before, following message is showed up.

I think I need to install Japanese language dictionary to my box, but it is standalone machine, and no internet access, so I need to download offline installer from other machine that can access to internet. My question is where I can download the offline installer of Japanese language dictionary for Windows 10 version 1803.


Any advice will be appreciated. Thank you..

E71 - Dictionary languages install, but not showing in Dictionary

Phone: E71

Location: Australia

When I download and install a new Dictionary pack, in this case Vietnamese, the install appears to work, yet when opening the Dictionary application only English is listed, and I get the same request to download another language.

I have downloaded the language directly to my phone, as well as transferred it and then installed, same result.

More info, the language is listed in Application Manager and I am able to remove it.

Any ideas? Or recommendations for a Good English - Vietnamese for my device?

Further Update: I was able to install another Language (in this case Afrikaans) just fine, so it seems it's the Vietnamese language pack from Nokia that is the issue.

Mobile dictionary limited to 3 languages

I just got my first Nokia mobile phone, a 6730 classic, which I'm very happy with. However, there are some things I find strange. One example is the

dictionary in Office -> Dictionary.



The application itself is nice, but I wonder why it's limited to 3 languages. Is it possible to unlock this somehow, e.g. by buying a full version?



Also, Spanish (and English, of course) came pre-installed, and I can't find a way to remove it. This means that I can only choose one additional language to install. Is it possible to remove Spanish? It's not listed in the remove language list.

 

Offline dictionary?

Is there any free english dictionary that i can use even in offline mode?
