Windows 10: Offline Installers/Copy of Windows Phone 7.8 SDK?

I know that the platform is pretty much obsolete and unsupported by Microsoft themselves, but I have some interest building and testing out applications for this specific version. The available version in Microsoft Downloads, linked here doesn't work anymore so I resorted to asking people if they have an offline copy. So I ask, do you offer an offline copy? This is especially important in preservation efforts of old products in the past few years, and since it is taken down, then I would resort into asking. Thanks in advance.

I’m wondering about the most suitable SDK to use to develop Windows phone 8 and Windows 8 apps

I’ve found SDK v.8.0
but it is just supported for 64-bit based processors

so what should I use as alternative of it ,, ?

Windows Phone 8 SDK and Windows 7

Days back I developed some applications for Windows Phone 7. Meanwhile I used Android and iOS, but finally decided to go back to Windows Phone. I'm using Windows 8 on my tablet (I love it) and also "tested" it on my PC. However, there the usability was/is
somewhat bad, so I decided to go back to Windows 7, giving Microsoft a chance to remove Metro as mandatory stuff for DESKTOP PCs.

Now I wanted to continue on Developing some mobile apps - but the WP 8.0 SDK is not available for Windows 7 ...?

Microsoft, are you SERIOUS?

I completely understand, that the emulator requires some Windows 8 stuff to work, but since I have a WP-8 Phone to debug, I wouldn't care about NOT being able to use the emulators.

However I will NOT install Windows 8 in it's current state, just to develop WP 8 apps...
Also I will NOT proceed developing apps for WP 7.5 or older, while WP 8 has been released.

I found some "Hacks" to get the SDK Running on Windows 7, but i'm 100% unsatisfied with the decision to limit development to a OS that is - in my opinion - unsuitable for Desktop PCs. Since i'm using Visual Studio Ultimate and a lot of Plugins in Windows
7 already, creating a Windows 8 VM just for the Sake of creating WP 8 apps is not an option also.

I am heavily disappointed with the way, Microsoft tries to "force" Windows 8.

****, I'm a DEVELOPER, I want to USE a system, that allows rapid development without Full-Screen-Metro-Apps breaking the work-flow over and over...

So, for me, I'm out of WP 8 Development AND usage if theres no way to develop without beeing forced to Windows 8. If i don't find a solution for that i'm going to send back my Lumia and buy an iPhone where a DEVELOPER could DEVELOP with Windows XP, if
he likes to!

Really, think about this! No one will use a operating system he does not like just to develop apps for a Operating System with such a minor merketshare...

Microsoft should remove barriers for Windows Phone Devs and NOT build them up !!!

Sry for the rage, but I still can not believe this...
