Nothing has changed on the account same one he's had FOR 6 YEARS. All if a sudden this popup starts. So I look into it. Most of MS replies are remove the child from the family account or change your birthdate or other some such. But this assumes your in a family group or created a family group. So I figure maybe we made a family account a long time ago and forgot. So I jump thru the hoo[s on his PC and get loggen in and it tells me Yay! you created dean an account. I didn't WANT to create my son an account. I wanted you to quit pestering him and apparently he didn't even have an account til I

Endless Loop, Microsoft Family Always Asking My Son to 'Sign In To Verify Account'

I've had this issue for several weeks. Microsoft Family keeps prompting me to have my son "sign in to verify his account" of his Surface Pro and his XBox. We follow the provided instructions (navigating to aka.ms/familyverify and signing in) but the 'alert' never goes away. And it's not clear how we can do this on an XBox anyway. I've tried the suggested troubleshooting steps on other Microsoft Community threads, but none of them have made a difference.

is hardware OK (Win 7) for upgrade to windows 10

I think in one of the other PC with win 7 or win 8.1 I run media creators tools and in some step prompt/found graphics card not supported... for win 10. I didn't found alone reading specs of win 10, but the tool says me... after changed graphics card the tool said all OK and continued OK with upgrade... That I ask to reach this step in this current PC - win 7 - must be all OK for the upgrade? Or must continue to upgrade to show this?
