    Poor Pooch!
Boot into Setup (Bios) go to the Security tab. If Secure/Fast Boot is Enabled, using your Enter and Arrow keys, Disable it or change it to Setup Mode.
Go to the Boot tab, If UEFI Bios is Enabled, change it to Legacy or When you create your installer with Rufus, Under Partition Scheme, take the drop down and choose GPT Partition Scheme for UEFI when creating your installer.
Boot off of the newly created drive choose your Language, then Custom Install. Here DeleteALL Partitions so the whole drive is Unallocated Space, then go Next. Windows will create partitions and format them during the install.

That did it. Somehow all those partitions were keeping me from moving forward with the install. Once all were deleted, everything installed as it should have. Simple solution. Thank you.

    Post # 2 is not a question. Post # 13 is a question.

Windows 10 boots up, then the screen goes black (but mouse cursor ok): Quite peculiar indeed. This machine boots, I get the little circle dot progress icons, then at varying times, the desktop will turn completely black and blank, but the mouse cursor still works fine. Sometimes the desktop will load entirely and the screen goes out after a...
