Windows 10: OK I've gotten nothing but black screen after update...help.

I installed the recent update. It said that it had installed 100% and then said restarting, I have nothing on the screens now. The monitors are not even getting signal from the video card they are plugged into. I can't start in safe mode, etc., because I don't even get the spinning dots. I get black screen with the no input message from the monitors, The computer powers up fine, it lights up, fans spin, video card lights blink, but that's it. There is an indicator light next to the power button that flashes to indicate that the computer is accessing the hard drive . The power on light

Thank you john for all of your help i decided to get the usb my computer came with and factory reset it i didnt have anything that personal or valueable so its ok thanks for the help though i appreciate it
