Windows 10: ok so i have a MSI gaming pc windows 10 16g ram so i turn it on and lock screen comes up...

Discus and support ok so i have a MSI gaming pc windows 10 16g ram so i turn it on and lock screen comes up... in Windows 10 Installation and Upgrade to solve the problem; and it wont go away at all i can get to task manger and have tryed everything i can think of and still nothing and not sure what happened to cause it...
