Windows 10: Ok so I'm stuck on the bitlocker screen

I don't know how to get past it I've already tried the bit locker code thing but I used a separate email for my laptop and I don't remember it and everytime I try to go to troubleshoot and reset it it just keeps saying there was a problem resetting your PC on both i have a usb with Windows 11 on it but i dint know how to properly use it to reset my laptop i don't care about the files on it i just want to use my laptop again

For future reference, instead of using the TASK MANAGER to restart, you can simply hold CTRL + SHIFT and right click on blank space on the Task bar, to bring up 'Exit Explorer'.

Another option is to use software.

I suggest you to perform below mentioned steps to disable BitLocker.

To disable BitLocker I would suggest you try the following steps and see if it helps.

  Press Windows key + X and click on
  Control Panel.
  
• 
  Change View by from Category
  to Large Icons/Small Icons.
  
• 
  Click on BitLocker Drive Encryption and click on
  Turn BitLocker Off.
  
• 
  Follow on screen instructions. Click on Decrypt the Drive
  when the message appears.
