Windows 10: Okay, I added a monitor with speeakes and it sent my audio drivers straight into HELL!!...

Just as the question said, I'm burning mad in hell now. I cannot get Audacity, Studio One or ASIO drivers to work in any App. They all fight and hate each other now. I'm waiting to trash everything and go to Linux! I tried pull out recent update >01/01/05 but that's not happening. I tried to manually FORCE them to die, but they live on! I tried deleting everything and let the OS restore them, the OS laughed at me! I may just dump everything and rebuild FIVE YEARS of apps and updates, but ya know - F*^%k THAT ! Been through the MS KB's, been through all the drivers and even added ancient

Do let us know the following to assist you better with this issue:

• What is the complete error message of this issue?
• When are you facing this issue with the drivers?
• Have you installed all the latest drivers from the manufacturer's website for current operating system?

I suggest you to uninstall the existing Audio drivers, download the latest drivers for your device and check if it helps.

Step 1: Uninstall the Audio driver.

Steps:

• Press Windows + X keys from the keyboard, click on Device Manager.
• Expand Audio inputs and outputs, right click on the driver and click on
  Uninstall.

Step 2: I suggest you to manually install the latest audio drivers and check.

Download the latest drivers from: Lenovo Support for g500

Select the driver and operating system to download.

Determine the HDA Realtek driver needed for your Audio

First post updated:

1. PowerShell script has been updated to version 1.2 (see Release Notes) and
2. Added a new script to Check Audio device compatibility with an HDA Realtek driver

Windows Or AMD Installs Sound Driver For Monitor With No Audio Ports

The monitor doesn't have audio adapter. No ports as shown in my first post. IMO, the audio drivers look fine and normal. I believe the video drivers installs audio drivers because an HDMI cable is detected. I don't think drivers even check to see if audio ports are present on the monitor, at least in my case. I have it disabled as shown above so it's ok. It was weird that drivers were installed for a monitor without audio ports. Thanks for your suggestions though! - - - Updated - - - I got rid of the HDMI audio driver option in Manage Sound devices by using the AMD drivers removal tool. Then I extracted the video driver folder only from the AMD video card install program and used that to install my video driver.
