Windows 10: okay so whenever i press a key any key on my keyboard theres a delay before i can use my...

i have my drivers updated and all updates installed. i am running windows 11.I recently switched from windows 10 to 11 and to fix this I would usually go into my touchpad settings advanced settings and then turn off touch filter however I've tried and I cant find a fix to this. i am using a hp pavilion laptop model=15-cw1063wm

Uninstall and reinstall the Keyboard driver from manufacturer’s website.

Follow these steps to Uninstall Keyboard driver.

• 
  Press Windows key + X to select Device Manager.
  
• 
  Search for Keyboard driver and expand it.
  
• 
  Right click on the Keyboard driver and select Uninstall.
  
• 
  Follow the onscreen directions to complete the process and restart the computer.
  

Further, I suggest you to download the latest keyboard drivers from the manufacturer’s website.

Does it stop right at the Toshiba logo and sit there? Will it sit forever til you press a key, or will it eventually work after so long?

Did you try to factory reset the keyboard?

You would probably need to reinstall the keyboard drivers to check the issue.

Follow these steps:

• Press Windows key+ X together, and choose Device Manager.
• Once the Device Manager box opens, locate Keyboard and uninstall by right clicking on it. Restart the laptop and check the issue.
