Windows 10: Okb deleted/unsync folder in Recycle Bin. How do I delete them?

I have these too many 0kb file in my Recycle Bin. Whenever I delete or unsync folder in Onedrive, those folder will emerge or sent to Recycle Bin. The problem is, I cannot permanently delete them from the Recycle Bin. I click "Empty Recycle Bin" to delete all and /or right click at one folder and select "Delete" to delete that particular folder but nothing happen. They just stuck there without Windows informing me why they're still there. It will happen to all PC that at the time connected and log in with the same account Win10 and Win11 alike. I have found the workaround to mitigate the

• To delete all downloads: Open the Downloads folder, then delete the lot.
• To empty the Recycle Bin: Right-click it, then left-click "Empty Recycle Bin"

There is a lot of power in right-clicks!

This happens when you permanently delete a file from your computer without sending it to the Recycle Bin by clicking the file and then pressing
Shift + Delete keys on the keyboard.

Try the steps and check whether this issue is happening with all folders in computer or particular folders to isolate the issue.

  Open the Desktop, right click on the empty area and click on
  New and then click on Folder.

  Now, new folder might have been created on your desktop.
  
• 
  Right click on your New folder (which you have created) and click on
  Delete.
  
• 
  Now, open the Recycle bin and check if you are able to see the folder which you have deleted.
  

You may disable the steps if you have enabled the option “Don’t move files to Recycle Bin. Remove files immediately when deleted” in Recycle bin folder.

  Open the Desktop, locate the Recycle bin, right click on it and select
  Properties.

  Select the drive on which you are facing this issue (like C:\ or D:\ or F:\ etc.)

  Click on Custom size option instead of “Don’t move files to Recycle Bin. Remove files immediately when deleted”

Hello, I understand that you have accidentally deleted Recycle Bin from your Desktop. You can restore recycle bin from the Windows 10 settings. Follow the steps here:
