Windows 10: Old Desktop freezes during boot-up

I have an old Gateway brand desktop purchased 2011 that freezes immediately during boot-up. The device does power on, and it sounds as if the internal devices are all functional, but none of the I/Os appear to be functional and the desktop's power indicator remains on as if "stuck" where it would flash during normal boot-up. I have the desktop connected to a monitor via HDMI, but the monitor does not detect any signal. I also have a wired mouse and keyboard connected, but what I have noticed is that their indicator LEDs will turn on and immediately turn off when I boot the desktop. The only

Windows boots to the desktop then freezes

Yeah...I went to google and got the F8...lol*Stick Out Tongue ....thxxx

It boots up in safe mode and seems to work fine. Now I just need to figure out what's causing windows to freeze up befor it fully loads in normal start up operation.

Any suggestions where I might start ?

In order for us to find out what causes your desktop to freeze after logging in, we would like to gather more information:

• Did you make any recent changes on your computer prior to this issue?
• What other troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?
• When the computer freezes, do you get an error message?

Desktop not booting :/

As suggested earlier, pull one stick; boot. Replace the stick and pull the other, boot. Post results.
