Windows 10: Old email address keeps popping up

I thought "Janine T." had solved my problem, but not. Every so often, I get a window saying not all my Microsoft accounts are logged in. So I follow the prompts to "Fix" the problem, and I,m asked to sign in with my Microsoft password, the one associated with my OLD email address. I have gone to the web page for Microsoft accounds and deleted the old email address, but it keeps re-emerging. I can't change the password to solve the problem, because it's the email address that's wrong. I emptied my cache of web pages, and that didn't help. I even have a screen shot showing the NEW email adress on the web page and the request for a password for the OLD email address.

I have already tried a lot of suggestions on this to no avail -- please help.

When I am trying to download a game from the store app a pop up asking me to verify my password for an old email address keeps coming up. This email address is not listed in my user account -- it was deleted three months ago. I have tried entering the
password for the old email address but it won't accept it and another message comes up saying there is a problem at their end and to try again later.

  Are you getting the old email address pop up with the same email account which you are log-in to the system?

Method 1: Signing out from store

If you have sign in to store your email will pop like you said.

Follow the steps on how to sign out and sign out from store.

  Open Store, click on the pop account profile.

  Sign out from the store.
  

Sign in to store

• 
  Open store, go to profile account on the top.
  
• 
  Click on add option+.
  
• 
  Sign in your new email account.
  

Method 2: Run the Windows Store App troubleshooter

• Type troubleshooter in the
  search box on the task bar and then press Enter.
• Select Troubleshooting from the list.
  
• Click on view all in the left pan and select
  Windows Store Apps.
• Click next and follow the on-screen instructions.

Auto Suggest - Old email addresses

For both the Windows 10 Mail app (on my PC) and the Outlook app (on my Ipad) does anyone know 1. how to permanently delete old email addresses that keep appearing in the "To: field and 2. turn off Auto suggest for email addresses. Thanks
