Windows 10: OLD games dont perform the same anymore & Microsoft-Windows-WHEA-Logger Error

I dont have a gaming laptop or anything its just an entry level "OK" laptop i bought few years ago with the following specs: Operating System: Windows 11 Home Single Language 64-bit 10.0, Build 22621 Language: English Regional Setting: English System Manufacturer: ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC. Getting "Event 47, WHEA-Logger" and "Event 46 , WHEA-Logger" error which occasionally causes system reboot

Update Aug 2 - After troubleshooting several things, I ended up replacing my CPU which (so far) appears to have resolved the issue. Prior to replacement, I was getting the WHEA-Logger errors as soon as the system was booted up. After several hours with the new CPU, which included heavy gaming, there have been 0 recorded WHEA-Logger errors.

Seems like the old CPU was faulty in some way (my guess is low voltage) which led to the error. Hopefully that is the last I see of this issue.

Hi my pc:
9900K OC sync all cores was 50
2x16GB DDR4 GSKILL 3000MHZ xmp
Corsair 850RmX
Asus Prime Z390-A


On 5ghz with voltage 1.320v i had very rarely Whea Logger 19 Internal Parity error during game in Metro Exodus.
So rarely like 1 pop up Whea in 1 month.
Also on Realbench on 1.320v i had Whea Logger 19 Cache Hierarchy Error.
So i bumped to 1.330v and 2 months was fine. But yesterday in Battlefield 5 Whea Logger 19 Internal Parity error pop up in Battlefield 5 on 1.330V.


1.320v - Whea 19 Internal Parity Error (1 in 3-4 months ) in Metro Exodus
1.320v - Whea 19 Cache Hierarchy Error in Realbench

1.330v - Whea 19 Internal Parity Error ( 1 in 3 months ) in Battlefield 5
1.330v - no Wheas in Realbench



I am actually 9900K on stock 4700ghz,all auto in UEFI.

And my question. Is Whea Logger 19 Internal Parity Error related to insufficent Vcore ? Cache hierarchy the same?
