Windows 10: Old Games Don't Run Correctly On Windows 10

I recently downloaded and install Windows 10. Now most of the games I've had for years won't play correctly. I've run the compatibility "tool"; set the games to run as an administrator, etc. - all the suggestions that come up when I google these issues.


Here are the games that are no longer working for me: Bookworm Deluxe; Chuzzle; Jeopardy 2nd Edition; Monopoly Here and Now; Monopoly the original game. It took many sessions with the compatibility tool to get Are You Smarter Than a 5th Grader to work. It now comes up an a rather small window, but it will now play.


I'm ready to go back Windows 7 even though it no longer is supported. I'm not much of a techie, so if there is a solution, easy step-by-step instructions - with screens shots if possible - would be greatly appreciated.

I would suggest you to refer the below link and check the compatibility of the game with Windows 10.

You may also try installing the game in compatibility mode.
Follow these steps to install the game software in compatibility mode and check if that helps.

        Right-click on the game setup file and click on
        ‘properties’.
        
      • 
        Click on the ‘compatibility’ tab and check the box
        ‘Run this program in compatibility mode for’ and select Windows 8 operating system from the drop down menu and proceed with the installation. Once this is done, restart the computer and check if the issue persists.
        

If the issue still persists, I would suggest you to get in touch with the game manufacturer if it’s specific to that particular game.

Old games not run correctly Windows 10

Before updating 1703 (Creators Update) old games work perfectly.

After clean installation Windows 10 version 1703 old games not run correctly -
do not see the right side of the screen
in the game.

Compatibility settings don't help!

Display scaling and update drivers Intel HD Graphics don't help.

On or Off Game Mode don't help.

sfc /scannow - no errors.

Other version of the game also don't run correctly.

Can u suggest me how to do that...Iam bored on googled it...please help me to run old apps like Hitman - Absolution game shows compactibility issues...Can you solve my issues
