Windows 10: Old HP Drivers issues with windows 10 64bit

Hello Guys,I've an old HP laptop hp pavilion 11-n002ex x360.I installed a fresh copy of windows 10 64bit, after installing it, I got two issues with its drivers.-First issue, the laptop has a touch screen, it is not working, it doesn't even show the “HID-compliant touch screen” in the device manager.-Second issue, Bluetooth issue, it shows a yellow mark on the driver and windows says it is installed correctly, however it is not and whenever I try to go to "Bluetooth & other devices" I cannot find on/off button, whenever I try to add a bluetooth device it says "Couldn't connect".I tried t

DTS supported natively by Windows 8/8.1 and it should work on windows 10 too just DDL require to unlock your driver .

 

HP Printer Driver Issue

I understand that you are unable to use the scanner of your HP Officejet 3830 printer. I’ll certainly assist you with the issue.



However, please let us know:

• What happens when you try to use the scanner?
  
• Do you receive any error message/code?
  
• When you say “they can't reinstall drivers because they say Windows 10 is blocking it” what is the error message you see when attempting to reinstall the driver?
  
• Which build version of Windows is installed on the computer? To check type:
  winver in the search bar on the Taskbar and hit
  Enter.
  

I would suggest you to try running HP Print and Scan Doctor on your
computer. This will diagnose the issues with Printing and Scanning.



Please reply with more information on the issue to assist you with the appropriate troubleshooting steps.

Windows 10 Hibernate issue with the HP laptop

Sorry for the delay in response.

We would suggest you to runt the Power troubleshooter and check.

Try to run the troubleshooter and check.

• Type Troubleshooting in the search box and hit
  Enter.
• Select View all from the left pane and select Power.
• Follow the on-screen troubleshooter and try the steps.

We would also suggest you to update the firmware of the BIOS and install the chipset drivers and check.
