Windows 10: Old Microsoft account hacked by rambler.ru

My previous Microsoft account has been hacked by someone with the rambler.ru domain. I was able to log back into it using their changed email address *** Email address is removed for privacy *** and the old password that they did not change. Unfortunately I don't have access to their email so I cannot make sure that a password change or account closure goes through after 30 days. I also have my Minecraft account associated with that microsoft account. Is there anything I can do to recover the Minecraft account or recover the entire Microsoft account from the hacker's control?

Microsoft account email was changed to ru******@rambler.ru

I just factory reset my computer to find that my Microsoft account under "*** Email address is removed for privacy ***" doesn't exist. I found the Xbox Gamertag associated with the account (wille1909) by looking through my old account's friends list. Apparently "*** Email address is removed for privacy ***" is now a secondary email to an account with the username set to ru******@rambler.ru, an email address I've never seen in my life. I'd like to get my account back as fast as possible as this account is extremely valuable to me, so any help is greatly appreciated.
