Windows 10: Old outdated phone number is used for sms verification instead of correct one which was...

I have updated bios on my HP laptop. After reboot it asks me for recovery keys, but I can not get it from MS site because they ask me to verify myself via sms code. But for some strange reason MS sending this code to my previous outdated phone number, which was changed a long time ago. The correct one is displayed in personal info, but the old one is used for sms !!! Your completely block my work !!!

Which mobile number is used for sending SMS?

If I have a contact with multiple mobile numbers from different profiles (e.g. Facebook, Windows Live), how do I know which one is used when I send them an SMS?

I have a contact whose details are correct on Windows Live, but he has an old number still listed on Facebook. I've just sent him an SMS but the phone didn't ask me which number to use and I can't see which one it did use.
