Windows 10: Old Outlook account

Trying to recover an outlook account that is assigned to PC that came with windows 8,but has since been upgraded to windows 10. The account was created when I logged into computer the first time in 2014 . now when i try to install something from the app store it ask for password, i type in my login password and it ask verify through an email i no longer have. went through the recovery system that Microsoft has but i don't have enough information for them to reset my password, not even sure if the account is still active, have not needed to use it before.Please advise on options of switching fi

SO today my friend asked me if i could post this question on the forum:



He wants to configure a outlook account with 1 email, with that outlook account he wants to run the same account in 2 diferent computers he wants the both computer to be connected in network, for example:

• he receives a email and that email is sent to each computer;
• he deletes a email from one computer and it also deletes on the other;
• he moves a email to a folder it also moves on the other computer;

If you guys can help me would be nice!

His email provider should have the instructions for setting up outlook with an IMAP account.

No. Also I followed the steps on Manage suggested recipients in the To, Cc, and Bcc boxes with Auto-Complete

cleared this list (Empty Auto-Complete List.)
disabled the option ("Use Autocomplete list..") and again cleared the list
relaunched Outlook in between
still those very old email addresses show up.

I give up.
