Windows 10: Old PC Screen Flickering

Hello,

I own a pretty old Lenovo B545 All in one in v 1709. I reset it many times for testing, and every time I reset it, and set it up. I usually open notepad and take some notes. But when I open notepad my screen starts flickering and when I close notepad, it stops a few minutes later. Answers will be highly appreciated.

I understand your query. I suggest you to follow the steps to get out of safe mode.

• 
  Press Windows key + R
  
• 
  Type msconfig
  
• 
  In msconfig > Boot tab >
  Boot Options > uncheck Safe Boot > APPLY / OK.
