Old PC with Win10 Home. New one with Win10 Professional. Both OEM. If I restore the new PC...

I have an old PC with Win10 Home edition, and a new one with Win10 Professional edition. Both are OEM pre-installed. I plan on restoring the new PC with a backup from the old, which will include the OS of the old. I'm fine with it reverting to Win10 Home edition. Will I have issues with licencing of that OS on the new PC?

  2. New build PC w/SSD and new HD + new Win10 Retail usb + old HD with Win10 oem

I was informed that I can not use my current copy of Win10 on my new build because it's OEM. Soooo, I bought ANOTHER copy of Win10 Retail on usb from the Microsoft Store.

    Now my question:

I'll install the new copy of Win10 onto my new computer's SSD and will be set to boot from it. All my pics, files, music, etc is on my old HD (along with Win10 oem). Since I'll be booting from the SSD with the new copy of Win10, will it cause problems if
I simply add the old HD to my new build, to access all my files? Or do I need to painstakingly transfer everything from it to the new HD through a usb?

I won't be able to run both computers at the same time because I'll be using the power supply from the old one.

    Any suggestions?

Drag old Chrome favorites to Chrome new Win10 PC

My old PC died but a friend was able to get many of my files and folders saved to a USB memory stick.

I need to restore my old Chrome favorites to my new Win10 PC.

I cannot seem to find were to add the favorites from the memory stick to the new Win10 file structure.

Activating Win10 in a new PC

My old PC died. I have built a new one. I installed Win10 with an ISO. I am unable to activate Win10 as the product code I had made a note of is obviously wrong.

Where can I find the old code so I can reactivate on my new PC?
